We respond to the evolving needs of the University, our students, and wider society and collaborate to fulfil social, cultural and economic benefit to Edinburgh, Scotland and the world – as outlined in the University’s Strategy 2030.Development and Alumni is structured around three distinct functional areas - Alumni Relations, Philanthropy and College Advancement, and Advancement Operations - and we work together collaboratively and creatively to build the Edinburgh community, nurture and develop talent, and advance world-leading education and research. Equity, Diversity and Inclusion @ Development & Alumni Equity, diversity, and inclusion matters to us at D&A. We know that teams work best together when people bring fresh views and ideas to the table, and when people feel that they belong. For that, we need teams that are diverse and also welcoming of diversity – both things we are actively working to cultivate at D&A.Find out more and hear from members of our staff Our alumni community Find out more about our alumni community, how we support them with resources, events and access to information and networks, and how they contribute to the life of the University.
